What makes a good Day of Coordinator?
We think it involves a combination of skill, experience and energy level. The Day…Your Way has the goal in mind to take your event from good to GREAT so that you can truly relax and enjoy yourself at your own party. We make sure that things run smoothly throughout the event so that guests leave with wonderful memories of the day. You want them talking about how great the party was, not how hard the hostess had to work to make it nice for them. Yes, it is possible to be a guest at your own party! We do all the work and you take all the credit!
What can you expect from our Day Of Coordinator services?
• Pre event meeting to discuss your expectations
• Set up any décor you have planned
• Coordinate staff you have hired for your event
• Coordinate vendors you have hired for your event
• Keep your timeline so that things run smoothly
• Oversee clean up after the event
Prices start at $50.00/hour with a four hour minimum. This includes your pre event meeting. If an assistant is needed, an additional $20.00/hour will be added. Contract or hourly work is available.
